I love working here overall. The positives outweigh the negatives just enough to make me stay. I just wish our various teams would work better together in partnership. Everything is too siloed.
Overall I like working here, however the walls need to be broken down between the UK and US teams to start working as one team with one process. Also get rid of the red tape and give people access to the systems and tools they need to effectively get stuff done.
Unlimited PTO is the best thing!
Our CEO's positive attitude and energy.
Honest and open, genuine, and care for the employees.
Unlimited PTO and Bonus Opportunities
Friendly coworkers, various employee engagement events throughout the year.
Solving problems, getting my hands on things to help fix an issue.
They are down to earth. I like that CEO is honest and tells it like it is, doesn?
Unlimited PTO. Seriously, thank you SO much for this benefit. I don’t have to micromanage my PTO balance
People know the systems well and can help answer questions when stuck. People generally will help each other out.
When I am busy and have enough work to fill my day. Also when there are challenges that need creative problem solving.
I like Mike Morini's positive and motivational attitude. He makes me excited about the work we do and where we are going as a company.
When my peers and other teams work together and "make it happen" for the customers. When people put effort and detail into the work in order to produce high-quality work.
When I get to solve problems, and make stuff happen! I love execution and showing results. I love it when I can quickly solve a problem and make a customer happy.
People need to act with more of a sense of urgency, and look out for our customers' best interests. People here are honestly lazy, unorganized, and we need to be hiring a higher caliber of talent that is more professional.
People need to be more of a team player, and need to do whatever it takes to solve problems at hand and keep our customers happy. People need to be more proactive and solving problems before a customer informs us of problems.
Better team work and cross-department collaboration and teamwork. We have some serious cultural issues with our UK team members and they don't have the same urgency or drive to make things a priority or provide the outrageous customer service and it negatively impacts our customers frequently.
The UK Product and Engineering team needs a complete overhaul. The UK culture and mindset is so different from the US mindset and they are far too casual and relaxed about things. We need US resources to step in and lead the scheduling portfolio because the UK teams don
Unlimited PTO. Hands down the best benefit we have. We all know the work we have to get done and we know there are going to be some very busy times, but it's nice to not have to worry about a PTO balance constantly and worry about running out of PTO and not being able to take a day here or there.
