What are some of the best things about your team?
They care and step up. If help is needed, i feel I can always ask for support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my overall pay is OK - not great. There are not really any benefits to speak of though
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that most of the leadership team are always approachable and will invest time with employees of all levels. From others you may occasionally get the feeling that they are above you, but that is not the case for the majority of the team
