I've been working for this company for a while and I have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. The company is very accommodating to it's employees if they move away.

We don't have anyone toxic on my team or the teams we work closely with.

We set our own workload so it's not too little but more importantly it's not too much.

They have a clear direction of where they want the company to go and they are transparent about everything.
