Unlimited PTO and ability to work from home.

They listen, not something you find at a lot of companies.

Unlimited PTO is pretty freeing. It means a lot in balancing your work life.

They are transparent on what's going on in sales, production, and goals for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly increase of living did not match inflation at the time of wage increase (inflation got much worse after too).

My team is committed to providing the highest quality product for our customers. We work collaboratively and everyone's voice is heard when discussing decisions.
