I have held many jobs and positions in my career - this is in the top three and the other two are very large impactful companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive interaction - positive attitudes. VERY smart people that are also nice and open.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care is holding steady - I hope to not see any change that would result in more out of pocket expenses.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people - I like the technical challenge for sure, but without the people (both in leadership and co-workers) it wouldn't be as positive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work together - this has improved in the nearly two years I have worked her. There were some silos, but they are breaking down. It's something I personally try to help by getting to know coworkers, even when our work doesn't necessarily intersect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the open dialogue We have plenty of channels of communication, so there is always opportunity to stay connect - you just need to listen. We do end up with mixed messages at the tactical level, but we are doing a lot, so that is expected. From a strategic, leadership level, the msg is clear
