Better training for Sales team interacting with other departments. Be more invested in the process and being excellent.

When I have the feeling that I've made a difference by solving a difficult problem or by streamlining a process.

I really appreciate being able to work from home and being trusted to do my work, without alot of direct oversight.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be helpful if everyone took better ownership of all of the tasks and responsibilities that fall in their role. I feel I carry too much of other people's weight at times.
