My experience has been that most of the people at the company are great to work with, the executive can be out of touch with what's actually going on, and you will be given extra responsibilities without title/salary changes.

When I have a workload that fits the amount of my time I have in the workday.

I have a team of great people who are always willing to help you out even when they're extremely busy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The PEOPLE. The people who I work day to day with are incredible. They are always willing to help and do so with a great attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do the work of multiple jobs but only get paid for doing one. I would feel better about my compensation if there was tuition reimbursement or more opportunities to gain certifications/skills that help me move into a new position.
