Better market analysis and standards of pay, as we grow and have record growth merit should follow to be in line with the success of the company and the economy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low compared to peers and even direct reports. Have two direct reports making ~15-55k more than me. Market adjustment with job market and comp assessment needs to take place
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ultimately I chose to come to WFS because of the Executive team and the trust I hav ein their ability to lead, as well as enable me to grow in my career.
