The company has had its share of ups and downs in the 5 years I've been here, but I am very optimistic about the future. I am very happy with my team and management. Looking forward to the big WorkForce Suite release next year and getting back to high sales growth.

The company has gone through several transitions over the past decade or so, and my experience matched some of the ups and downs of those transitions. This is a challenging time but the opportunity for company success is massive.

More in person interaction, especially between functions. Clearer objectives and goals - why are we here? What is the path to being a high-performing company?

Communicate company goals more clearly with specific, measurable objectives that make sense to employees. Hold people accountable, especially teams that continually miss goals. Don't keep people around who are not contributing just because they've been on the team for a long time.
