Pay us for overtime when we work overtime.

Not having to work unpaid overtime would be great.

I am paid significantly below what is typical in the area for my background and experience level.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Keeping commitments within the scope of the team's bandwidth, rather than expecting employees to just pick up more and more unpaid overtime.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The executive team has been increasingly making it clear that maintaining an image of political neutrality is more important than protecting the safety of its LGBTQ+ employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The product is riddled with technical debt and other piled-up problems. We're always told to "be the CEO of our role" but when we try to draw attention to these problems we aren't taken seriously; it's always "not in the budget for this year, maybe next year"

The company is taking on many new customers, without hiring anywhere near enough new employees to provide quality services and support. The result is that we are all exhausted and frustrated all the time -- lip service is given to valuing employees' mental & physical health, nothing more.
