My overall experience of working at Workforce is highly positive. I'm working among dedicated professionals, all working toward clear goals, in a way that keeps us motivated.

The company has a lot of excellent professionals at the top of their game. The company is heading in an exciting direction, recently achieving the top place in the industry. We have pizza days once a month which is a nice touch as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the annual bonus which is always significant.

Everyone is very friendly here, and enjoys a good laugh.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy having good, in-depth discussions with my team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of enthusiasm for the companies direction, which is infectious.

When I have lots of interesting challenges to accomplish within my discipline.

They really seem to care about employees, focussing on their wellbeing at all times.

There is an enormous amount of support for personal professional development which I am grateful for.

My team are all dedicated to creating high quality software and I rarely get pushback on the quality front.

I most like the friendly atmosphere at the company as well as the fact everyone clearly cares about what they do.

Whilst I haven't been with the company long, they seem to care about employees and do an excellent job upholding company values.

There are some highly dedicated and skilled people working for this company, many of whom are very willing to help others achieve their goals.

There is a good vibe about the place when interacting with colleagues. Everyone wants the company to succeed and are generally passionate about what they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am very well compensated for this time in my career. The perks such as half price off gym membership are very nice as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really seem to care about the employees, ensuring they receive support where necessary. Employees are well looked after, recently receiving half day Fridays as well as 10% time to pursue their own personal growth.
