To me it seems like everybody gets along well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay raises recently have not been very good.

My team is easy to work with and they know their jobs.

I like my job and I enjoy trying to figure out problems..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase in salary. in the years we do not receive a bonus it is painful. I also wish our accumulated vacation time was not taken away from us when we switched to unlimited vacation because unlimited vacation is not truly unlimited.
