Willingness to success as a team. WE have very few individuals and it's always about our team success. We support each other and are willing to have the hard discussions with our team, leadership, others to make our organization successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure is not in my control. Although I exceed my objectives the impact Sales has on my bonus compensation directly impacts the pool available. This causes a disincentive for the team who sees their contribution as secondary to the performance of the sales team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard and drives for excellence in all aspects of what we do. There are no slackers in the team and we all help each other to be successful. When areas of need surface - we usually have people jumping in to solve without being asked.
