Overall the company is great to work for. My coworkers are truly the best part of the company. Management can be inconsistent in their treatment of employees which can overshadow the great work the employees are doing and presents a challenge to the direction the company is taking.

working with my team to solve anything that isn't right

being paid in line with the industry and have a clear path of advancement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they engage with the employees on a personal level they are genuine and personable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people around me are all caring and considerate and are genuinely interested about me as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel there is a documented, well known pathway to increased salaries. Bonuses are not fairly distibuted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The folks who work at the corporate office everyday are better than family. There is a can succeed attitude.

contributing to the forward momentum of the company, working with customers to solve their needs and interacting with co-workers

we look out for each other and truly work together as a team for our team's benefit as well as the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO is genuine and has kept us in the loop since the beginning of the pandemic. I only wish the rest of the executives followed his example
