I like my co-workers, and we have a can do attitude which is usually very helpful, but this seems to have a tendency to result in overly high expectations of what can be accomplished in certain aspects. We need to get batter at saying "no" , or a least: "no, until we get a product enhancement"

I think they are each personally committed to making the company succeed.

I am currently happy with the salary, and how I have received raises on a regular bases

we have a group that is willing to share their expertise, and knowledge, and be supportive as needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing feedback I provide making it into our software product, in ways that should make it easier to support future customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a very "can do" attitude that most people have, so that we can typically handle most issues reported by a customer or changes requested by a customer fairly quickly.
What makes you most happy at work?
After spending a few hours working on a problem seeing that it is working as scoped out, or spotting potential issues and resolving them before they become particularly prominent or disruptive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have a team of highly competent members, who are willing to share their experiences, and feedback with the rest of the team, to help ensure we deliver consistent quality to our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
there is a very supportive atmosphere, when you have a problem, there are often at least a few different people able and willing to offer advice on how to best resolve it, or list potential risks to avoid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the strengths of our products seem to lend us to branding along the lines of "Because your Worth it", but leadership tends to push for a "faster, cheaper" mentality, typically in ways that seem prone to making projects take longer and get more expensive in the long run
