I love the people I work with, I enjoy my role, the product and the customers. The down side is the lack of support and investment for EmpLive from the company.

My team is full of intelligent, hard working & professional people. I thoroughly enjoy working with my team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
During the last exec visit is became very clear that the US does not care about EmpLive's product, employees or customers. I was shocked by some of the arrogance I witnessed. The visit left me feeling insecure about the future of the product and questioning whether I should stay with the company.
