Overall WFS is a great company to work for however, there are some things that could be improved to make colleagues and our customers happy. There are definitely a lot of a talented people in the organisation and happy to share the knowledge.

The office is very multicultural and Potluck event days we have different cuisines from all over the globe!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are very approachable and open to field any questions or concerns. It's great to see them all in unison to achieve and even exceed companies goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a global company I think WFS need to identify what each local company is offering for similar positions, rather than using a base which is totally outdated. This should be reviewed regularly.
