I enjoy my job - hectic a times, but overall I like what I do and have met some good people here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have dental, vision and health
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish and complete tasks assigned for the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are invested in the company and stand by their employees.

Salary compensation. I would like to see better health benefits (less out of pocket for deductibles)

I like that it is open about new ideas and is diverse in the people they hire.

That we work together. Working on projects may be with different colleagues, but we all work together to succeed.

I like and appreciate the company updates - although I do wish we had more visability on product development and delivery
What makes you most happy at work?
completing the work and assisting clients, but ending the work day at a reasonable time to enjoy family and able to have personal time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I honestly can't fully answer that, for I don't really know those on my team. I only know those that work on project with me. I don't think we are necessarily a team company, but more project oriented.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can't really say. I am an IC and I feel a teamship with other IC's and I feel part of a team that I am projects on. But if you mean TEAM by those that report to the same manger as I, then I can't say. But I am fine with that for I get the support need from my colleagues and project teammates.
