Close knit and communication is good. We have robust processes in place so we create quality software.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Align compensation package with the industry levels. At the moment it seems some of the roles are underpaid.

They keep us up to date with the direction the company is taking and what's currently going on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary plus working from home. WFH means I can balance work & life outside of work hours better. Bonus could be better though.
