We work will together and are always willing to help each other. We also try to have fun while working hard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing appreciation and rewarding employees at ALL levels (not just upper management) for hard work, including work above and beyond normal job duties.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of the people I work with are fun and work well together. My job can be challenging and satisfying when we work through these challenges with success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are often negative comments towards our team from management and there has been little reward for work above and beyond normal job duties. Appreciation and reward for hard work for all levels of staff would go a long way.
