What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have good people who work here so the interactions with them is positive and adds to the environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's hard to make decisions and complete projects when the proper messaging and information is not funneled down to the manager level. After the executive level the messages and direction is blocked by the VP's/directors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You are not rewarded unless you are a squeaky wheel and beg for a raise above the 3%. My pay is under market value - an analysis across the board to try to bring wages up to the proper value would go a long way.
