Transparency, I feel both the good and the bad are being actively communicated to everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited Paid Time Off. Profit sharing as a percentage is higher than other places I've worked.

Seeing tough problems get solved. My suggestions for change are well received and put into practice if others feel they would have a positive effect.

Everyone makes themselves available to help if you are stuck on a problem. Also willing to drop their top priority to help a co-worker that has a higher priority. Extremely smart team that wants to see other succeed.
