Its a great company to work for, line managers need to learn some people management skills and the level below the execs need to learn to trust their staff and get out of the weeds. Feels a little rocky at the moment in our region, very quiet, but hopefully a turnaround will arrive soon.

My immediate peer group are incredibly supportive, the wider team very friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my role, I love doing what I do with the tools I have to do it. I am allowed to grow and ask honest questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary bandings, I know my peers are paid more. More holidays, its not always about money, put in some form of care for the unexpected - redundancy, life care etc.
