My overall experience has been good. I interact with a varied group of people and overwhelmingly everyone is and has always been helpful, kind and willing to assist when needed. No workplace is perfect, however this has been a great place to work.

The quality of the people that work at WorkForce. They are really second to none and with that, it creates a refreshing and warm environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
During the short time that I have been with the company, I have found that they are welcoming, approachable and transparent. They easily engage with everyone- setting the tone for a really good culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From what I've experienced, the leadership team genuinely cares about the most valuable asset- the people; from work-life balance, during these extraordinarily difficult times from an overall perspective. I've witnessed the care and concern from the CEO to other C-level execs.
