It's an exciting time to be here. We're really pushing in the right direction, but I'm always nervous that we'll soon be going back to chasing deals, and lose sight of the focus that we have to build an amazing product. Culturally, our company is pretty weak.

We spend a lot of time chasing sales, and that's often to the detriment of having a great vision for a product and executing on that vision.
