
That they give me money back if I don't use the companies insurance and I go under my partners better insurance.
Actually care and listen to their employees and not just assume they know everything. Actually learn the product and not cut down people when their ideas differ from what they think.
We work great together as a team and assist each other if we get stuck. The wealth of knowledge that the people in the department has is impressive and we know when to joke or be serious
There is not that much positive in in my department other than the co-works. The management level of our area makes life tough on us and we only have each other to lean on. My co-workers are the only reason I have not left yet.
We need our management to actually listen to their people and make them feel like their opinion really counts for something that then basically showing you the door. We are treated as if we don't count for anything. Treat your employees like they matter and are important to the company.
