I enjoy the travel and the people. I dont feel the company cares and is very US based and i dont feel they care about us. i.e. our HR person is in the US, hard to have a face to face when they are not here.....

Make the office a nice place to come to.... follow googles lead.

make it like google. where the environment makes you want to go to work even if you may not like the work that currently needs doing. Livonia Toilet is better then our office.
