While at WorkForce I have seen a well executed strategy, clear communication from the top down, and true spirit of team work. The company is growing but still small enough to see how you as an individual contribute to the whole.

Team members are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help out wherever needed.

Full team approach and everyone is willing to get their hands dirty.

The ability to get rewarded for brining in new business is the best part of my compensation package.

Meeting customers and fellow employees in person and solving customer business challenges. (Very much missing the in person touches)

They trust me to do my job and do it well. They also provided new opportunities to build out a Healthcare practice.

Everyone is on one team and willing to help out when asked. The Solution Advisors here are the best I have seen in the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team "Gets it". They understand it is not easy to bring in new customers and are willing to get in the trenches to help you win new business. They allowed us to put our Family first during the pandemic and trusted we would manage our work appropriately. They want you to succeed.
