I've been impressed with the company-wide, intra-departmental attitude of "we're all in this together" versus silos. I can reach out to anyone, any area and know I will get assistance.

We've been hearing about work/life balance for years... only since arriving at WorkForce, did I feel that my company really meant it's something that is good for both me and my work efforts.

Their desire to connect with ALL employees. I have had 2 meetings with my senior manager since arriving 2 1/2 months ago. That is impressive! In other companies I finally casually met that individual - about 2 minutes of facetime.
