I think the environment is good. I am in a pretty good department. I feel that the skills I came in with are not being utilized to their full potential, advancement opportunities may lead me to have to look outside if I want to move up and be paid for the certifications, management, & experience
I really loved working here....on a bit of a disappointed turn now because of previous statements
We try to support each other and drive the mission of our team.
driving change, improving processes, being part of a team, helping others to reach their potential and identify and create efficiencies :)
We all really care about doing a good job, despite not having the resources to achieve goals or executive support for our departments role.
The potential for projects and helping to make improvements and changes. I can drive initiatives and really impact the overall performance of my area

They not only care about our customers, but about us as employees. Caring about the people who work hard to support the company, leads to employee satisfaction and dedication. I also like the professionalism. Leadership doesn't get yell at employees or use their position to make people feel benea
There is a more collaborative environment here than at previous companies. I will say why the pace of work (or the resources responding to our teams items is slow) the overall load of work I manage is the equivalent of 8 different management roles. A lot of roles I manage.
I have a lot of management experience and was doing most of my former managers work. I started in lower here because it was better than my previous company and I was willing to work my way up (again) but I seem to never be able to get what my male counterparts are paid, despite being their go-to
I am underpaid for the work I do. I gave up a management position to come to WFS and I have implemented many programs and feel like I run a lot of things for my manager. I would like the opportunity to grow here and move up, however I don't feel that will happen bc they like me doing everything fo
