Very positive and I very much enjoy working with my current teammates and my boss is great. I love being remote as I feel I am much more productive.

If you look at the market we are at the bottom of the pay scale.

I feel they communicate and keep everyone informed on what is going on in the business.

Almost anything! Try to stay focused and positive and it will be a good day!

I think they are personal and care about the well being of each and every one of us here at WFS.

I like that it seems to be flexible as long as I am getting my work each and every day completed.

Very positive. It is very accepting of all cultures and diversities. A lot of encouragement to get involved and partake in these groups. Monthly presentations to help us learn even more about our co-workers, which I think is great.
