Having joined the team almost two years ago, I have had many opportunities to learn and take ownership of my role. Given the confidence my leaders have in me to do make the right decision, builds my confidence and helps me to do my best work. It's also nice to be on a winning team!

Everyone meets regularly to align on goals and make sure we're pulling in the same direction.

I'm most happy when we get a win as a team and bring in a new customer!

I do appreciate how our team makes time to connect outside of work and build those team bonds.

I really appreciate when our team pulls together across the organization to get a win for the customer and close a deal.

I really love how our team makes time to get together when we can! It's great to get to know your teammates and not only talk about work.

Everyone on the team is excited to work together and give their best effort each and every day. It pushes me to be at my best every time I collaborate!

I have appreciated the proactive communications from the executive team over the last year and a half. It is refreshing to hear from Mike and others about the business, our trajectory, and our path forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits that come with the compensation package are the best I've seen out there. The emphasis on life/work balance is awesomely refreshing and I'm thankful to work for this company that values its employees.

The leadership team at WorkForce Software live and breath the goals of the company. With their leadership, it's easy to get behind the mission of our company and give our best effort to achieve our goals!

I love the feeling of getting things done and making our customers happy! Each day I feel like I have a goal that I'm working towards or an opportunity that I'm supporting with the rest of the team.

I appreciate the support that our leaders give to each and every member of the team. There is a great deal of emphasis on connecting with our fellow employees, and people are always being recognized for the work that they're doing.
