Undertrained Managers and their lack of accountability make it challenging for us to succeed. Managers are promoted or hired based on tenure not ability to manager nor lead. Frustrating.

Articulate a clear vision of what we represent in the marketplace and have executed very well on the vision.

I understand expectations and can satisfy them as long as I focus and put in the right amount of effort

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Executive team preaches about a work/life balance and they allow for it to happen. Acknowledgement of silos between departments and are working to fix that lack of synergy and communication. Diversity and inclusion work that has been done is fantastic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More reasonable pay for the position I represent. There is a solid $30k gap between WFS and the rest of the industry. My boss is not equipped to manage and is provided no direction to improve this aspect of her job.
