My experience here has been fantastic. I feel welcomed. I feel needed and most of all I feel very supported by my manager and team.
I was hired as a part time assistant, and now I work full time.
We look out for each other!
Helping people and working with people.
Everyone is friendly and accepting.
I only have dental and vision and everything has been great.
Taking care of the little things that help others achieve success.
Everyone seems interested in my well being, my job satisfaction and fulfillment.
When things go smoothly and I know what is expected of me.
The culture here is very open and inviting. There are groups that can be joined that support a variety of topics, lifestyles and interests.
We all help each other. Everyone jumps in when there is a need. This has been one of the best reasons I love WFS.
I love the diversity here. And my co-workers are the best. Like I said, everyone is willing to help when there is a need.
They will drop everything to assist with any problem that we may encounter. They are caring, smart and will help with teaching others things that are necessary to do a job with excellence.
I like that they really are invested in their employees when it comes to work/life balance. I have never worked anywhere before that did as great of a job than the leadership team here.
The leadership team is tuned into their employees, which I have never experienced before at any other place I've ever worked. Then their desire to provide the best possible experience for their clients is very clear. For me this is a win/win situation.
For me, the best part is the unlimited PTO. Most companies that I've worked for make you feel guilty for taking time off or flat out refuse your requests. I do not participate in the medical insurance, but I do in the dental insurance and love it.
