Overall Experience has been positive. This survey though does show how we do not ask questions that can have negative or constructive answers to company flaws. Things are good but we need to talk more about how to fix some of the stuff that is broken more openly.

Leadership team is very accessible. Team has been able to create strong partnerships that have allowed us to create momentum in a changing landscape.

We still feel somewhat like a family in that most people know each other and there are enough familiar faces around who have been with WFS for a good number of years.
