There's a high level of both communication and collaboration. Everyone rolls up their sleeves and works together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Distance/remote almost doesn't exist. It just doesn't matter. You can pick up the phone any time and anyone is there for you.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to focus on doing my job well with the support of my team. And being remote, I really feel there's a great work/life balance
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an extremely tight knit supportive team that's always ready to help each other with anything any time. We work together and share ideas and strategy and we balance and support each other beautifully.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have solid health benefits with a widely accepted insurance company but the biggest perk for me has been the gym/equipment reimbursement. I was able to get a top of the line piece of equipment that will actually cost me nothing because of the policy.
