Great people to work for and with however bad documentation, horrible communication, and a lack of understanding of department goals and timelines throughout departments.

Great company, poor communication across departments with key personnel, and those who care won't let things fail because they want the company to be successful. This is causing those to be ran down and they will eventually leave the company.

Bonus and unlimited PTO. Its great to be able to get of work to handle personal business and not lose money to do so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are like a dysfunctional family. We all have our issues and we get after each other but we take care of each other as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Documented process and procedures, accountability, communication between departments. Need a monthly sync for key personnel in each department to attend and VP's provide their current status and priorities.
