Overall good. A bit uncertain with upcoming changes as I will likely be changing departments and I am uncertain of what that looks like both in terms of my day-to-day and also compensation.

Provide a good work/life balance, seem to understand and have compassion for the employees both professionally and personally.

Strong base salary which provides me with a sense of security, but I still have the opportunity to earn commission as well.

The company seems to be a very family-oriented culture. People seem happy to work here. Understands that we are humans first and employees second.

My team works really well together and makes work fun. We all pull our weight and are constantly offering to help each other when needed.

My direct leader stresses the importance of taking care of myself on a human level first, as this way I will also be able to show up better as an employee. They are interested in my future career goals and how to help me achieve them, even if that would mean switching to another internal team.
