Survey should include the opportunity for employees to voice aspects they are not happy with, rather than only the positives. You can't address issues if surveys do not allow for issues to be voiced. Yes/No responses do not allow for detail. Overall we are happy but improvements need to be made.

Their enthusiasm & their willingness to help each other. This relates to my direct team rather than the greater team we work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One of me employees who repots into me is paid around the same amount as I am, yet I am required to manage and train this employee. As I have been employed at WFS for many years, my compensation has not increased inline with the market.
