What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package seems pretty generous. The only concern is the company's 401k match which is below average.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
living and working in Canada for yrc is like being in a third world country , they have no concern for Canadian employees and treat them as such with a fire now and question later mentality . Have us using garbage equipment ans garbage terminals .

How can run the city operation from a desk ,from a different city that you have not looked the customers were losing due to poor service

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was done in house. This took place back in 2011 and it was the people I would be working for. Now they do it based out of HQ in TN. No personal meetings or interviews in the building.

The customers getting there freight on time and damaged free

Company wasting money constantly and the workers are taking a 15% paycut plus loosing vacation time due to company not knowing how to move freight!!
