Healthcare. I wish the 401K match was higher . Zoominfo is behind my last 2 companies, both of which were smaller companies. I'd love to see zoominfo encourage their employees to contribute more by offering a higher match. Ex: Contribute 7% and get 5% or contribute 10% and get 7%. Earlier vesting
