Enjoyed the past few years but now there are fewer opportunities for advancement, increased responsibility and tasks with no additional compensation, below-market pay, and a deep drop in creative opportunities. Like the execs but don't trust we'll have a job or company in 5 years.

There have definitely been some high points, but overall not a great experience. the company has work to do when it comes to management training, addressing disproportionate treatment of employees, mitigating toxicity and overtly pushing back against microaggressions.

They try to be very transparent, and care about people. Except for the lack of acknowledging that we are a mom-centric company and women's rights aren't commented on, that's the unfortunate part.

Pay their employees a livable wage. I'm not even asking for competitive at this point, just pay me enough to live and afford groceries, utilities and rent. Don't overwork employees without paying them for overtime. Creative has been doing extra work without pay for months.

Being paid a livable wage. Being paid according to the amount of work I do. I consistently do more work than others on my team and I get paid the same as them. In yearly reviews I'm told this extra work is going towards my "development" and that's why I don't get paid more, but I want compensated.

Be paid more fairly based on the high-levels of production we are expected to do daily, as well as the amount of information and knowledge we are required to have across several teams. Folks working at similar businesses are paid far more and do far less.

Matching industry standard would be a big step in the right direction. Our goals are above standard while our pay is below. These need to align more to help employees maintain a healthier, more productive balance.

I'm not rewarded for going above and beyond my peers. No incentive to perform better - I get the same annual raise regardless of performance. Even if I outperform in every measurable way, subjective excuses are made to justify a meager increase. This has been getting worse over my 6 years here.

my manager is difficult to work with and my concerns are dismissed when bubbled up; our team workload is overwhelming as a whole and people don't have bandwidth to dig deeper or do stretch projects; the work is not fulfilling

Company direction seems to be lost on most of us. We don't really understand our customer or her habits, nor do we seem to have a grasp on how to best reach her or engage in a relationship with her. Customer churn is off the charts.
