I fairly new. I like the team and division I work with. I think across other partner teams we can be more open to change. I think we need to strike a balance between the best of our historic knowledge and the acceptance of new ideas. I believe the benefits package needs to be improved.

I enjoy the care and support our VP has for the team. My manager cares about me personally. My manager also takes on responsibilities that the top executives should work on as well. My manager and VP are both supportive of me and my role.

The benefits are so expensive that it would take half of my salary to cover my family. When looking at the coverage my husband has in an industry that is notorious for having bad coverage, Elsevier falls below that. In trying to take the coverage I had previously Elsevier's cost was excessive.
