Working at Elsevier has been a wonderful, life-changing experience. I never knew that work could be so much fun, while also pushing me to grow professionally and intellectually. Everyone is so supportive, and I couldn't be happier.

I have received the most comprehensive and inclusive induction training of any job I've worked at, which has been incredible in helping me start strong. I am also valued as a whole person, not just for the tasks or work I can complete.

Although I love my current job, it is also the lowest-paying position I have ever worked with my set of qualifications. The trade-off is that for lower pay, I have a more supportive team and company culture, along with more flexible hours and workload.
