I've been with the team for only 3 months but since joining I've been warmly welcomed and integrated to the group so well. It's scary to start a new job with a totally new set of personalities but everyone has been warm, welcoming and accommodating in helping me get started.

It's been 7 months now since I began at Elsevier and it's been such a great opportunity to learn how a true faceted health-focused and outcome-driven corporate setting can still feel so inclusive. I've truly enjoyed my time here so far and really look forward to the future.

Since joining Elsevier, I've been extremely appreciative of how approachable the leadership team has been. Not only during the onboarding process but also throughout learning the new functions and aspects of my role.

Being able to explore data and use skills I've specifically gone back to school for and also the opportunity to explore new methods/techniques and feel safe to bring new ideas or approaches to the team.

The genuine inclusivity that Elsevier ensures it always present. Every person, regardless of associated groups and interests, is always made to feel seen and heard. I love that, you really don't find that genuine effort in a corporate setting everywhere.

I really enjoy my team members because each of them has a unique set of skills and we're able to learn from one another and grow together versus creating a further divide. Very constructive environment with the team I've been lucky to get to know.

I think it's so refreshing to get the opportunity to work with like-minded and also supremely driven team members who want me to achieve great things as a team alongside them. There are such brilliant minds with different backgrounds that is just such a great experience each day.

I've never been a part of a company/job role where incentives, such as a yearly bonus, are provided so this was completely new to me once joining the team. I think it's a great way to engage employees to work towards a structured goal with a bigger common goal in mind and reward successes.
