I have enjoyed my time here, the career growth. The opportunities and the challenges. Even when met with major obstacles, my leadership did not leave me to figure it out on my own. They mentored me through it, gave me resources, but also did not solve it for me. They pushed me to grow.

I am a contractor, so for me I get a 401K and my salary only. But it is very competitive and I am happy with it.

They are upbeat, energetic. They are always happy to help. We are prompted to encourage each other often. The culture of our team is to improve, encourage growth and support.

The work. I am good at what I do, and I like that what I design is going to impact the medical field and help people learn and be better at there job so they can help people.

My team know how to collaborate. Know how to move past difficult and uncomfortable conversations. They know how to disagree and continue to work together. Have different opinions and still collaborate. It's a mature team with skilled workers.

Honestly, the money because I am the sole provider. But, I also really enjoy being a designer, and that motivates me to remain here. I like who I work with, and I like the variety of work I do.

There is a huge list of positives. This is by far the best company I have worked for. The team is made up of the best people, who encourage growth, support each other. Understand each other. Push each other too. The company is mindful about mental health. The company encourages career growth.
