I have worked here for a number of years and the reason I've stayed is because of the people and the opportunities for career growth. Our new CEO has made a massive difference to the company culture , we have a strong mission and I'm excited to see where we go next.

Certain parts of the business are more valued than others and that reflects in the compensation, in my opinion somewhat unfairly. The gender pay gap is still too wide.

There is a lot to do and it is fast paced but alongside this there is a genuine emphasis on people and trying to support us to achieve our goals.

The leadership team have a strong mission and take a sensible approach, balancing business and employee needs but always being aware of the people involved. They are willing to tackle the issues we face and take those issues seriously.
