Lead.....I don't see any leadership just leaving employees to flounder and become disjointed. This lack of leadership causes more work and unhappy stakeholders.

I would like to be included in meetings that are important to my development. I am left out and not included in important decisions and my boss constantly does my job and does not let me have the opportunities to grow and learn.

The culture is toxic and negative....give employees opportunities to grow and learn. Trust them to do their jobs and they will feel valued and rewarded. there is a lot of backbiting with leadership. My boss does not have my back. He tells me to do one thing and then goes behind my back.
