
Being here double digit years my experience has been bad, good & neutral. This is due to being in multiple areas WH & office with different standards of employee care. COVID damaged some of the care and compassion for employees. For example milestones haven't been celebrated in years & that matters
Completing a task without being pulled away for something else.
Completing a goal for the day and staying caught up
They provide great benefits for their employers and have concern for our safety
Everyone gets along and the team really tries to help one another solve problems
Some of us can coexist w/o issues others don't respect boundaries, space and or courtesy when it comes to how they speak to others.
Our CAO tries to do uplifting things for us when we accomplish goals and also is engaged in communicating with us on whats transpiring.
Although I'm pleased with the job my CAO is doing I can't say the same for my department management team or leads and I'll leave it at that.
Compensation package? Is this my paid salary if so I feel good about it but would like annuals to be done more consistently & if there's something that limits the increase then it should be talked about prior to increases as it could make or break the % of said increase.
As an employee of this company for almost 13 years I've been a team player. Currently I'm a part of a dept with a leadership that doesn't appear to see my value. I'm considered a reg employee yet I've had to take on tasks that a senior performs and more which includes training 4 of the 6 temps.
