
My work, my growth which i feel at the end of day.
They should take promotion and hike seriously, the same way the employee take it.
I feel work Culture is something, on this ground no one can beat fanatics. Culture here is Cool, warming, comfortable, learning, fun loving etc etc.
Team, manager and the culture they have built is the only thing that has hold me. Every team member in way humble and supportive, every one's thought and idea are heard.
I found leadership team of Fanatics awesome. They always look for the best whether it's culture or tech. All the leader in Fanatics, they support innovation, welcomes ideas, promotes use of latest tech stack.
I don't feel undervalued but I feel the way I am working, the way I am learning, and the way I am giving my input to company, I deserve more. Btw I valued the compensation company is providing me.
There is market cap for each position, but fanatics take those caps as a joke, and which make me feel undervalued. In fanatics there is no transparency regarding compensation. It would feel better if fanatics start taking compensation seriously, employee should not ask and fight for it every year.
1) Great ni Tech 2) Great in advice 3) Great in entertainment 4) They have great listening power. 5) They help me when I am stuck. 6) I don't feel my team as a group of employees , they treat me like a member of family and so I am. Overall I like working with them
